At HerPlus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all HerPlus tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
